As a Geek Squad Fulfillment Agent, you will "solve challenging repairs of technology centric issues including but not limited to: Windows/Mac Operating Systems, application software installation and troubleshooting, consumer grade networking, peripherals, mobile phones, tablets, wearables, and other consumer electronic devices."  (quoted directly from the job posting) 

Overall, Chat Agents will work one-on-one with customers and troubleshoot a variety of products, in order to provide the right solution to their technical question and/or problem.

Best Buy is looking for talent nationally, including Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Los Angeles, CA, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, and Philadelphia, PA. Overall, Agents can be located in any U.S. state except California, Washington, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. 

This is a work from home position, so all job duties will be performed remotely. Therefore, you must have a quiet and distraction-free work space, a reliable high-speed Internet connection, and a dependable computer with the appropriate software and operating system. In addition, you must be available to work evenings and weekends.
