Best Buy is currently hiring Online Fulfillment Agents to provide technical support to customers via its Geek Squad Online Support portal. As a Geek Squad Fulfillment Agent, you will "solve challenging repairs of technology centric issues including but not limited to: Windows/Mac Operating Systems, application software installation and troubleshooting, consumer grade networking, peripherals, mobile phones, tablets, wearables, and other consumer electronic devices." Overall, Chat Agents will work one-on-one with customers and troubleshoot a variety of products, in order to provide the right solution to their technical question and/or problem.
