Work From Home as a Tier 1 Tech Support Agent for Xerox

Xerox Corporation is currently hiring Tier 1 Tech Support Agents to assist customers and provide solutions to their technical issues. According to Xerox, you must meet the following requirements in order to qualify for this work from home position: 

  • Have a technical aptitude and enjoy troubleshooting technology
  • Minimum 6 months experience interacting with customers (via phone, chat, in person, etc.)
  • Ability to work remotely and follow a set work schedule
  • Have the flexibility to work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. CST (including weekends and holidays)
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute while interacting with customers
  • Possess the necessary skills to manage multiple Web based applications at one time
  • Successfully complete the required pre-employment assessments, criminal background check, and drug screen
